Shipping & delivery policy

The jewellery pieces ordered on insen-store.com will be packed safely and shipped with a traceable shipping method, usually via our preferred partner Bpost, within 3 business days after the order is placed on our website. 

In case of an extraordinary circumstance or stock issue, where shipping is not possible within 3 business days, we will let the purchaser know via e-mail (the same e-mail as used to place the order). The purchaser will have the right to cancel the order or confirm the delay in delivery.

We will always try our very best to deliver to your needs and wished timings. So in case you need a jewellery piece before a certain date, don't hesitate to reach out to us so we can explore the possibilities. 

Traceable shipping with Bpost is set to next (working) day delivery - however at full responsibility of Bpost after we have dispatched the parcel to them. Insen-store.com cannot be held responsible for delays at the carrier partner used.

Prices for shipping can change at any time and will be updated on our website when needed.
