Returns

If one of the products purchased does not suit the purchaser, the latter has the right to return his order within 14 calendar days as of the delivery day. The choice of carrier for your return is up to the purchaser, however we advise a traceable shipment since it's at own risk. Insen-store.com is not responsible for faulty or non-delivered returns. The cost for returning the items is for the purchaser. 

The address for returns will be provided to the purchaser, after he notifies us via e-mail info@insen-store.com about the return.

With regards to customized (ordered on demand) jewellery, the user does not have any right of withdrawal, or right of exchange or return (in particular in the event of an error of size or text).

Cancellations

In case the purchaser wants to cancel an order, he should notify insen-store.com via e-mail info@insen-store.com maximum 2h after placing and paying the order. After this time, the parcel will be sent to the address as mentioned on the order placement.

Refund policy

After a succesful return of the declared jewellery pieces, within the timeframe as mentioned in the article "returns" above, a refund will be made to the same account as used for the payment. This will be within 30 calendar days after the jewellery pieces have been returned to our headquarters.
